Tony and Chris reach new heights.

Tony Farrar and Chris Keogh both members of Semper Fidelis Mark Lodge no 880 and brothers-in–law recently celebrated their 12th and 25th wedding anniversaries.

Much to Tony’s delight his wife, Amanda suggested a weekend in Newcastle to celebrate the occasion.

Tony is a supporter of Newcastle United and attended the match on the Saturday and whilst enjoying a post match beer with Chris, mentioned his wish to undertake the roof top tour of St James Park. Chris was happy to accompany Tony so the tour was duly booked for the following afternoon

After being kitted out with the necessary PPE and being given a safety briefing, the pair boarded the service elevator to the 7th floor.  Having navigated their way through the roof space the final few steps lead to the roof.

The views from the top of the stadium were very impressive and in some ways better than the fare that was served up on the pitch last season.
Both the stadium and roof top tours are highly recommended to everyone even those who are not football fans.
